1. Who we are

Cruveno Software provides the Cruveno platform — a real-time behavioural risk monitoring tool for traders. Contact: info@cruveno.com

2. What data we collect

When you create an account or use Cruveno, we collect:

• Email address (required for account creation and communication)
• Broker connection details you provide (stored encrypted in your profile)
• Trading activity data fetched from your connected MetaTrader account via MetaAPI
• Risk rule settings and preferences you configure in the dashboard

We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the Cruveno platform
• Monitor your trading account for risk rule violations in real time
• Send transactional emails (account setup, subscription updates)
• Generate your weekly performance reports
• Improve the product based on anonymised usage patterns

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you create an account, and on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for delivering the subscribed service.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies & local storage

This website uses localStorage to store your session token and UI preferences (theme, language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. International transfers

Some processors operate servers outside the EU. All transfers are made under appropriate GDPR safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
