1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Cruveno platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Cruveno Software provides a real-time behavioural risk monitoring and trading discipline tool for retail and prop firm traders. The Service connects to MetaTrader 4/5 accounts via MetaAPI to monitor live trading activity, enforce user-defined risk rules, and provide AI-generated behavioural insights.

Cruveno is not a financial service, investment advisor, or trading signal provider. It does not execute trades on your behalf, provide trading recommendations, or guarantee any trading outcome. All trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Cruveno, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Cruveno is offered as a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Cruveno Software to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Founding Member pricing

Founding Members lock in their subscription price for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If the subscription lapses, re-subscription is at the then-current standard price.

6. Refund policy

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and our support team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours of your report, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period. Refund requests must be submitted to info@cruveno.com within 14 days of the issue.

No refunds are issued for change of mind, failure to cancel before a renewal, or dissatisfaction with trading results.

7. Broker connection & account access

To use the full Service, you must connect a MetaTrader account. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and for ensuring that connecting a third-party tool is permitted under your broker’s terms of service.

8. No financial advice

Nothing on the Cruveno platform — including the Behavioral Risk Score, AI chat responses, weekly reports, or automated alerts — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is informational and educational in nature. You trade at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruveno Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, missed trades, or account disqualification by a prop firm.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, and branding of the Cruveno platform is the exclusive property of Cruveno Software. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service in a way that violates your broker’s terms of service

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
