You will be the voice and heartbeat of the Cruveno trader community. This is a relationship-building role — you'll own our presence on Discord, Reddit and trading forums, turning early users into advocates. You understand trading culture from the inside.
You will be the first person our users speak to when they need help or want to get more out of Cruveno. As our first CS hire you're not just support — you're the direct line between users and the product team. High empathy, high curiosity, genuine desire to help.
You will own Cruveno's organic social presence across X, Instagram and TikTok. This is a content creation role as much as strategy — you can write a sharp thread, script a 30-second TikTok, and understand why a meme lands in trading communities.
