Executive summary
Every trader already knows their strategy. Most fail because, under pressure, they stop following it. Cruveno is the real-time risk officer that watches an MT4/MT5 account, learns the trader's behaviour, and enforces the rules they set for themselves — closing the position that would end a challenge before it can be rationalised.
Journals review the damage hours after the session ends, and meter their intelligence with credits that run out on the most emotional days. Cruveno does the opposite: it is always on, unmetered, and it acts during the trade, not after it. The result we sell is not excitement — it is exhale.
This document lays out the problem, the category we are creating, the product as it exists today, the business model, the defensibility, and the roadmap toward a single goal: to become the operating system for trader discipline.
The most expensive losses
are behavioural, not analytical.
The blow-up is rarely a bad strategy. It is a sequence every funded trader recognises from memory: the first stop-loss, the re-entry with no setup, the doubled position size to make it back, five trades in twenty minutes, the daily limit gone. One emotional session erases weeks of disciplined work — and, on a prop challenge, the fee with it.
The industry's answer has been to analyse this afterward. But a report at 16:15 cannot save an account that broke at 09:34. The problem is not a lack of insight after the fact — it is the absence of anything standing between the trader and the decision, at the moment it is made.
We don't analyse behaviour.
We enforce it.
Cruveno is not a journal, not analytics, not an AI trading tool. It defines a new category: real-time behavioural risk enforcement. The distinction is not marketing — it is the difference between a diary and a seatbelt.
| Retrospective AI journals | Cruveno |
|---|---|
| Review after the session ends | Intervention during the trade |
| Credits that run out | Always-on, unmetered |
| Logs what happened | Blocks what's about to happen |
| Built for all traders | Built for prop reality (FTMO & co. templates) |
Four instruments,
one purpose.
Cruveno stays invisible most of the time. It watches quietly and only appears when it can create value — when behavioural risk becomes elevated.
The Behaviour Twin
A model of the individual trader — habits, triggers, discipline, recovery, sizing patterns. The longer it runs, the more precisely it knows where this trader breaks.
Behaviour Risk Score
A live estimate of the probability that the trader is about to make an emotional mistake — not a market prediction. Green, amber, red, critical.
Interventions
Every intervention has a reason and speaks in the trader's own evidence: "the last nine times you tried to recover losses immediately, your average result was −2.7R."
The Trigger Engine
Stop-loss → reflection. Loss streak → intervention. Oversized position → warning. Overtrading → cooldown. The system reacts to events, never at random.
The Behaviour Risk Score, made legible
The score is read in under a second: colour first, number second, prose last. It is deliberately not a gauge or a speedometer — it is a calm signal, not a slot machine.
Connect once.
Protected before the breach.
The mechanism is deliberately transparent — traders are the most-scammed audience on the internet, so we explain exactly how the connection works before anyone asks.
- Connect (≈2 minutes). The trader links their MT4/MT5 account with read-only investor access. Cruveno can see the account; it cannot touch the money.
- Watch (24/7, cloud-side). Monitoring runs in the cloud, not on the trader's machine — it stays awake when the computer is off.
- Enforce (before the limit). When the trader's own rules are about to break, Cruveno acts — a calm intervention, or an auto-close well above the hard limit.
A large, self-selecting
and underserved audience.
The beachhead is the funded trader: someone trading FTMO, Apex, TopStep and similar challenges on MT4/MT5, who has failed at least one challenge and knows exactly which trade killed it. This audience already pays for tools when they map to a hard external rule — and a challenge is the hardest external rule there is.
- Acute, recurring pain. Each failed challenge is a paid event with a clear price and a clean trigger to seek help.
- Self-identifying. They use the exact vocabulary — drawdown, breach, revenge trade, payout — which makes them reachable without waste.
- An open second door. The own-capital trader has the same psychology with softer enforcement pressure, reached inclusively without diluting the prop edge.
Priced below
a single losing trade.
Cruveno is a subscription: €19/month or €149/year. Founding Members — the first 100 sign-ups — lock that price for life. There is no trial language where there is no trial, no fake scarcity, and the founding counter only ever shows true numbers.
The unit-economics thesis
- Value anchor. One prevented blow-up pays for years of the subscription. The product only has to work once to justify itself many times over.
- Structural retention. The tool earns its place as an always-on safeguard, not a habit that fades — and the Behaviour Twin gets more valuable the longer a trader stays, raising the cost of leaving.
- Honest, simple pricing. One plan, real strikethroughs, cancel anytime. Trust is the conversion engine for a twice-burned audience; a discipline brand cannot lie about small things.
The Twin compounds.
Copies can't.
A feature can be cloned in a weekend. A relationship cannot. Every session a trader spends with Cruveno makes their Behaviour Twin more accurate — which mistakes, at which hours, after which triggers, with what recovery pattern. That accumulated, personal model is the defensibility.
- Data that only grows with use. The longer someone uses Cruveno, the smarter it becomes about them specifically — a per-user advantage that resets to zero for any competitor.
- Prop-reality depth. Templates and enforcement tuned to real challenge rules (FTMO & co.) are hard to match without living in that world.
- Trust as a barrier. Read-only mechanics, no dark patterns, and anti-hype signalling build a reputation that discounts and features cannot buy.
From safeguard
to operating system.
Four phases, each building on a live foundation. Status is honest: what ships today is marked live; what is ahead is marked plainly.
- Real-time MT4/MT5 monitoring with read-only investor access
- Rule enforcement & auto-close above the hard drawdown limit
- Behaviour Risk Score v1 — live behavioural read-out
- AI briefing & chat in the trader's own context
- Weekly reports and violation history
- Prop-firm templates for common challenge rule sets
- Behaviour Twin learning engine — interventions drawn from the trader's own history
- Personal-evidence interventions ("last 9 times you did this: −2.7R")
- Mobile alerts for the moments away from the desk
- Richer emotional check-ins feeding the Twin
- Pre-trade risk — a BRS read before the order goes in
- Platform expansion beyond MT4/MT5 (e.g. cTrader, DXtrade)
- B2B for prop firms — firms deploying Cruveno to their funded traders
- The operating system for trader discipline — an ecosystem, not a feature
- Open API for the broader trading toolchain
- Anonymised community benchmarks — discipline, not profit, as the leaderboard
Prove first.
Then ask.
The distribution strategy mirrors the product: calm, evidence-led, no hype. The interactive live demo — "don't take our word for it, click through it" — is the primary trust asset, and every channel drives to it.
- Beachhead focus. Funded traders in DACH, EU and US, reached in their own language and vocabulary.
- Trust before conversion. Demo before pricing, mechanism before CTA, objections answered before checkout.
- Anti-hype as signal. The absence of profit screenshots, countdowns and Lambo culture is itself the differentiator for a twice-burned audience.
The trader
stays sovereign.
Cruveno guards the line the trader drew themselves. It never trades for them, never judges their strategy, and never touches their money.
- No order placement. Cruveno does not open trades — so it does not create prop-firm disqualification risk on that basis.
- Read-only by default. Monitoring uses investor-level access; enforcement is a defined, opt-in capability, not a hidden hand.
- Not financial advice. Cruveno is a behavioural risk and discipline tool, not an investment service or a signal provider.
The next blow-up
doesn't have to happen.
The goal is not to help traders find better setups. It is to make sure that, on their worst day, their account is still there tomorrow. When someone closes this document, one sentence should remain:
Cruveno feels like a seatbelt, not a casino bouncer. Build enough of those moments, for enough traders, and the category becomes the standard — the operating system for trader discipline.
